Project Management

Project Management is the way a person organizes and manages resources that are necessary to complete a project (set of objectives).  Some projects are highly technical and/or complex, and others are more straightforward.  In all cases, FAO IT Consultants, adheres to the same organizational structure and methodology in managing a project.
